I am a gadget person so I was really excited for it but like 2 days after I got it the mechanism that holds it tight on the phone stripped out and won't hold it anymore. The gooseneck is really great though. It doesn't wobble at all. It just doesn't hold my phone anymore. It's cheap though so no biggie. It's cheaply made, the pivot really doesn't pivot so I adjusted the arm a little bit and the suction cup came off the window. No big deal. I went to adjust, and the mechanism that locks the suction cup in place broke off on only the second time I attached it to my window along with injuring my finger for about a day, even I said, I usually don't feel pain from little scuffs like this, so adding insult to injury, literally, this thing broke and will in effect no longer stay suctioned to the window, waste of time and money waiting for it to come. Now I have to buy the better made more expensive ones anyway because its dead weight. It works great and does exactly what it states. The Goose Neck is awesome and holds the phone tight with no wobbles. We took it on our trip and used it every day for over a week without any problems. The suction cup is great. It will stick to the window until you release it. After 8 days on the window the suction was still strong that I had to break the suction with my finger to get it off. I would recommend this product to anyone that wants a cheap car mount that does the job. I have not had any problems with ours and will buy this one again if it ever breaks.
