It is simple and works well. I am using it for a Galaxy Nexus and I like the fact I can position the phone in the mount so it does not interfere with the volume control buttons. It does hold the phone securely and it is easy to mount and unmount the phone quickly. It can be a little hard at first due to the retaining spring being a little stiff when new, but after a few cycles, it works flawlessly. (about 1/2 inch thick). Also the two point hold they used allows for all buttons , cameras and ports to be free of any obstructions when on the mount. Of Course it rotates 360 and the suction cup is very sturdy.
