Usually it's clear, but sometimes it's hard to make out what the person you're talking to is saying. Also, the buttons to control the volume are on the left of the device, which make it impossible to adjust the volume if you have it on the edge of your windshield like I do. The instructions suggest mounting it in the middle of the windshield right in front of the driver (seriously, there's a photo and everything) but that's crazy. It works well for what I wanted it for - broadcasting my phone so I can hear Waze - and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a speaker for their car, it's just kind of hard to set up. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful  Not Great ..
